001 Structured knowledge of legislation
Every act split to the paragraph, every past edition kept, every amendment and reference linked. Language models read it and cite the exact line.

002 How it is built
Every act from the official registry, in each official language, refreshed daily. Scanned acts are read by OCR.
Acts split into chapters, articles, parts, points and table rows. Each keeps its official address.
Amendments, repeals and references become dated links, so the law reads as it stood on any day.
Rules are grouped by who they bind, under which conditions and thresholds, and where actors overlap.
003 Reassembled by its actors
Every rule is read into the same parts: who, must or may, what, only if, or else. Then rules are regrouped around the actor they bind, across every act that binds it.
“Banks are prohibited from granting loans secured by their own shares.”
Every rule in force that binds a bank: the laws on banks and the Central Bank's regulations, counted once per official language. One rule can carry several parts at once; rules that only define a term or hold table data are not shown. Hover a part to read a real rule of that kind.
004 Cubicles
The law is one cube of linked rules. A company keeps its own policies, procedures and products in a cubicle of the same shape, and every clause in it is linked to the exact rules it relies on.
Built by rules, not by a model. The same input gives the same structure and the same path.
Each step names its source: the act, the point, the edition and its date.
A cubicle stays with its owner. Only the public law is shared.
005 Measurements
The same models answered the same questions twice. Graders compared every answer with the expected one without knowing which system wrote it.
30 client questions in three languages. Majority verdict of three blind graders.
correctpartly rightwrongno answer
Share of answers that link to the exact paragraph of the law, not just the whole act or a news site. All 42 questions.
Wall-clock time from sending the questions to the final answer, for a model that answers about as well on its own.
A free 27-billion-parameter model, run offline on a laptop with 64 GB of memory. With Recansio it reads the law and cites it, so the work can stay on your own machine:
Questions and answers in any language; the law is read in its official ones.
Showcase implementation
Each department assesses a new product against the law, writes its findings and the mitigating measures. The same work done on Recansio, with every finding tied to its clause. Observed in use, not a controlled benchmark.
One square is 10 minutes of work. Light squares show the upper end of the range.
Question sets, how each system was run, grading rules, how time and precision were measured, and the limits of these numbers.
006 Plans
The full registry, two languages, every edition, updated daily.
Federal acts and regulations, English and French.
The national registry, Kyrgyz and Russian.
Codes and consolidated legislation.
This is a plan, not a commitment. The order and scope may change.
